Assembly Team Leader - Abroad
- Do you have experience in the assembly of metal structures and no longer want to be a serial assembler? Do you have the ambition to lead your own team and become the "right hand" of the Chief Assembler to start with? Yes? Then this position is tailor-made for you!
- What will your job description be? Participating in team leadership and helping to train new assemblers. Assembling warehouse systems across Europe for companies such as Airbus, Alza, Rohlik, H&M, DHL, Amazon, BMW. Communication with customers/investors. You will be the "right hand" of the Chief assembler. Reporting to the project manager.
- What do you ideally need for this job? Experience in a similar position - assembly, construction. Experience in team management. Independence, quick decision making and assertiveness. Communicative, ability to speak English or German is an advantage. Orientation in project documentation and technical thinking. Driving license - group B. Do you not meet any of these requirements? - What do we offer? Starting salary ranges from CZK 60,000 to CZK 80,000 per month. Demonstrating your skills and advancing to the position of Chief Assembler will increase your salary to up to CZK 100,000. In the role of Chief Assembler, you will also have the opportunity to build your own team. We offer an engaging role with a full-time indefinite contract or as a self-employed individual (IČO), with the possibility for staying abroad. The duration of turnaround trips varies from 14 to 45 days. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, with Sundays off to allow for personal time and exploration. Positions are available for immediate start or upon agreement. We will cover the costs for travel and accommodation. Our assemblers are provided with comfortable housing accommodations, not hostels!
- And what do we have for those who are best? Profit sharing. What does it mean? Every project has a certain amount of hours to complete. If our teams get it done sooner, some of the hours saved will be shared among the team. So if a team works quickly, they can make even more money in less time.

Assembler of racking technologies - Abroad
- Being at home every weekend is not a necessity for you and you want to earn some serious money? Then this is the right job for you!
- What will your job description be? Manual work - Assembly of warehouse systems for companies such as Airbus, Alza, Rohlik, H&M, DHL, Amazon, BMW. Travelling around Europe - depending on the specific job you will be assigned to. Working with the "guys" in the crew, with whom you will build huge metal structures of warehouse systems together. The result of your work will be visible!
- What do you ideally need for this job? Manual dexterity and above all a desire to work. Reliability, responsibility and an interest in learning new things - we place great emphasis on this. If you speak at least basic English, German or French, you are at an advantage. If you don't have a valid forklift licence (VZV), reach track licence (retrak) or group B licence, that's fine. You can still be a valuable member of our team.
- What do we offer? An above-standard salary for a job well done. As our assembler, you can earn 50,000 - 65,000 CZK monthly right from the start. If you need it, we can pay you a weekly advance. We offer manual work with the possibility of staying abroad. Shift trips last from 14 to 45 days. You work from Monday to Friday, with Sundays off (you should also have time to explore the surroundings). We give you the opportunity to advance your career to a TEAM LEADER or CHIEF ASSEMBLER and build your own team. If you are skilled, you could become a competent TEAM LEADER within a year. You can start IMMEDIATELY or by mutual agreement. We will arrange travel and accommodation at our expense. We rent comfortable housing for our assemblers, no hostels!

Electrician - Abroad
- For our assembly teams working abroad, we are looking for reliable electricians to collaborate with. Cooperation is possible on a contractual basis or as a freelance arrangement.
- What will your job description be? Electrician/electrical installation activities within the assigned project. Turnaround trips for 10 to 20 days for companies such as Airbus, Alza, Rohlik, H&M, DHL, Amazon, BMW. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, with Sundays off (to allow for personal time and exploration). Working with the assembly team. Report to the project manager.
- What do you ideally need for this job? Education in the field of electrical engineering. Certification according to NV 194/2022 Sb., §6 (dříve Vyhláška č. 50/1978 Sb.). Independence, reliability, and responsibility as top priorities. Willingness to travel around Europe within the assigned project. Ability to cooperate with the assembly team on the given contract.

Strong communication skills including fluency in English or German. Interest in new technologies and self-development.
