We are immediately able to provide available workers and deliver the required number of specialists to the client in the shortest possible time.
Worker verification and preparation
We maintain a database of several thousand registered workers, from which we can select, test, and prepare the most suitable candidates for any type of project. To guarantee quality, every worker must pass a mandatory skill test before being sent to a new project – we want to make sure that we deliver only the best to our clients. We cooperate with a local welding school, where we regularly test and prepare welders, pipefitters, and locksmiths for all welding and assembly works according to European standards.
Stainless steel expertise and modern technology
We mainly weld stainless steel materials for the food and pharmaceutical industries in thicknesses from 1.5 mm to 3 mm. Our welders hold valid welding certifications – for example, method 141 (TIG) according to European standards. We also have experienced fitters who can prepare materials and documentation for welders, as well as specialized orbital welders who work with Polysoude, Orbitec, and other orbital welding machines. We are also able to provide welding using MIG/MAG and other technologies according to project requirements.
We use top-class technical equipment – our workers operate welding sources such as EWM Tetrix, Kühtreiber 1900, and when higher performance is needed, they also use water-cooled welders to achieve higher amperage and better cooling. Most of our welders have their own tools and equipment, allowing them to quickly join work according to the partner’s needs. To ensure the highest weld quality, we can also provide a specialist for endoscopic weld inspection in piping and hard-to-reach areas.
Complete service and flexibility
Our workers hold all necessary certifications and training and always have valid permits for working abroad (including A1 forms and other documents required by specific countries). Upon client request, it is no problem to also provide the required machinery – such as forklifts, scissor or boom lifts (cherry picker) – including qualified operators. We ensure that in every deployed group (typically a fitter + welder pair), at least one of the workers speaks English or German fluently, which significantly facilitates communication on international projects.
Our welders have at least 2 years of experience and are internally financially motivated to deliver the best performance. Thanks to the set remuneration system and the fact that workers abroad want to maximize their time for earnings, they are very hardworking, flexible in working hours, and willing to work weekends or beyond standard hours if necessary. We can adapt the team size to current needs – within a few days we can increase or reduce the number of workers according to project requirements.
