Worker Verification & Preparation
We maintain a database of several thousand verified workers, from which we select and test candidates for various types of construction work. Before joining a new project, every worker undergoes a practical skills test and receives training in safety regulations, fire protection, first aid, and working at heights. For selected professions, we also ensure licenses for handling and lifting machinery.
